Comfortry provides a tailored cloud-based program designed for caregiving companies. We help you optimize and centralize client information, staff activity management, and reporting. While we help you manage compliance relating to caregiving records, we are not a law firm and our tools do not constitute legal advice.
The Services are intended for business users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Services.
Unless otherwise indicated, we retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Software and the Website, including without limitation all graphics, user interfaces, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, graphics, logos, and trademarks. These Terms of Use do not grant you any intellectual property license or rights except for the limited license to use the Services for your internal business operations.

Subscription fees are based on the length of your Subscription Period and will auto-renew unless cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy.
You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: downloading or scraping content, attempting to bypass security measures, harassing our employees, or using the services for any illegal purposes.

IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT OR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
These Terms of Use and your use of the Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Comfortry's primary business operations are located, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
